Essential advice for vet landlords during COVID-19

Virtual event will be held on 8 June at 1pm

Harrison Clark Rickerbys solicitors are hosting a virtual event at 1pm BST on Monday 8 June 2020 for all vet landlords who have been subject to an attempt by their tenant to unilaterally change the terms of their lease. If you’re in this situation, this essential webinar can help you understand the request of the tenant, assess the risks and explore potential solutions.

The government and commercial real estate bodies are urging landlords and tenants to work together during COVID-19, to minimise the potential economic impacts of the pandemic on the property market.

Chaired by Rebecca Leask, Head of Health & Social Care, the panel includes:

  • Louise Crook, Partner, Head of Real Estate, Health & Social Care
  • Natalie Minott, Partner, Dispute Resolution

Price: £20 (excluding VAT).

This price includes:

  • The opportunity to ask your questions before the webinar
  • Insight from, and live access to, our specialist real estate and veterinary practice lawyers
  • A FAQ guide and the video recording of the webinar, which will be emailed to you afterwards

Vets that go on to require further advice in respect of this matter will be refunded their webinar fee via their ongoing fee arrangements.

A registration link to the webinar will be sent once payment is taken.

We’ll be taking your live questions via the Q&A function during the webinar and you can ask questions ahead of time using the booking form. We mute and disable the video of all attendees.
