BEVA Congress is giving the equine veterinary profession something real, as opposed to just virtual, to look forward to this September because it’s welcoming everyone back to the ICC in Birmingham from 5 to 7 September 2021; just like old times, but in a COVID-safe way.
“We missed out last year, so we are going to properly make up for it at Congress this year, with socialising as well as pure learning on the agenda,” said BEVA President Lucy Grieve. “We are also introducing a new format and exploring exciting new ideas with a plethora of high-quality online content, which should stop rotas getting in the way and allow everyone to enjoy and benefit from the event in one way or another.”
BEVA Congress, Europe’s largest equine veterinary event is renowned for its “let your hair down” socials, networking, and the mental health balm of catching up with friends and colleagues in a relaxed environment. With this year being BEVA’s diamond anniversary the focus is on celebrating 60 years of teamwork within the profession and no better way to enjoy this than face-to-face.
Every event at BEVA will be held in adherence to the Association’s rigorous COVID-19 safety measures to make sure that everyone can attend with the peace of mind that risks will be minimised. You can see BEVA’s COVID safety measures online.
The full programme is now available online involves a line-up of outstanding speakers from the UK and around the world as well as the 13th International Equine Colic Symposium taking place during the event.
