Free PetsApp webinar on change leadership

The session is set to investigate how to lead teams through periods of change

Veterinary leaders are invited to attend a free online panel on the topic of change management, hosted by veterinary communications provider PetsApp.

Chaired by PetsApp CEO and Founder Thom Jenkins, the free-to-join session is set to investigate how to lead teams through periods of change. This will include looking at new software implementations, changes in customer expectations, clinical developments and more.

The panellists include Gudrun Ravetz (Past President, BVA), Richard Casey (President, Veterinary Management Group) and Samantha Le-Vallee (Business Director, Riverside Vets Eastleigh). Between them, they have a wealth of practical experience in leading teams through change and coming out stronger for it.

“I’m really pleased we’re talking about change. I think one of the most fascinating thing I’ve seen about change is watching people adapt to it, seeing people lead through it. Change can seem scary, but it’s how we see the opportunities through it – and lead our teams – that’s how we make big strides in our profession and make big successes for all,” says Gudrun Ravetz.

“I’m a huge advocate for change, and seeing the benefits it can bring for veterinary teams, patients and customers. One thing I have noticed through the research VMG have been doing is that change is inevitable – even before the pandemic – and happening at pace! So the question is how to lead ourselves, our teams and our clinics through this constant change. I’m excited to explore what change management looks like to answer this question,” says Richard Casey.

The event is held on Thursday 20 May at 7pm BST, and attendees can register for free.
