Bring the whole practice to BEVA Congress 2022

The British Equine Veterinary Association is making it easy for the profession to bring the whole practice to BEVA Congress 2022 with the introduction of their new practice pass

The British Equine Veterinary Association (BEVA) is making it easy for the profession to bring the whole practice to BEVA Congress (8 to 10 September 2022, ACC, Liverpool) this year, and save money, with the introduction of a practice pass for both vets and vet nurses.

The new pass provides a combination of physical and virtual tickets, meaning the practice rota doesn’t have to stop any member of the practice team from benefiting from high quality CPD and socials at Congress, and with a saving of up to £113 per vet too.

“We know that not every vet at a practice can attend congress every year because someone is always going to have to stay behind and work,” said David Mountford, chief executive of BEVA. “So, by offering a mix of physical and virtual tickets in the pass it means those staying at home to look after the practice can still benefit from the live stream as well as the six-month access to all the lectures afterwards. Congress always contains plenty of relevant and dedicated content for nurses, so the pass obviously includes nurse tickets too.”

This year is the special 60th edition of BEVA Congress, Europe’s largest equine veterinary event, renowned for delivering premium CPD, practical skills, latest updates and clinical research. BEVA Congress 2022 will also be championing the diverse opportunities the profession offers, and addressing some of the non-clinical challenges currently being faced, including recruitment, retention and work-life balance. The programme includes five live streams running in parallel throughout the conference with clinical research presentations also returning after a COVID-19 enforced hiatus.

Early bird tickets for BEVA Congress 2022 are available until Monday 1 August 2022. Tickets provide access to all lectures, the exhibition hall as well as full access to the virtual congress hub. Virtual tickets receive full access to the virtual congress hub only. This year BEVA is also giving delegates access to all Congress content for six months after the event.

Practice passes are available for BEVA members in three packages small (£599), medium (£1,333) and large (£2,666). BEVA Congress practice passes are available to purchase until Monday 1 August 2022. Individual early bird BEVA member prices are £499 for vets and £187 for vet nurses for all three days (with concessions available for those in their first three years’ post-graduation or on a lower salary). Day tickets are also available. Virtual tickets are £199 for vets and £40 for nurses.
