IVC Evidensia are delighted to share that Daniella Dos Santos has been appointed to the new role of UK director of professional culture.
Part of the UK leadership team, Daniella Dos Santos will play a key role in shaping and evolving working practices across our clinical sites ensuring we have a culture where our veterinary surgeons and nurses are supported and empowered to look after our patients, but also importantly, each other. The veterinary team is at the heart of all we do, and Daniella’s role will facilitate the collaborative leadership essential to our future success.
Daniella Dos Santos is a 2012 graduate from the Royal Veterinary College and has practised clinically in several sites across the south of the UK. She was President of the British Veterinary Association in 2019-2020 where she demonstrated exemplary leadership through the early phases of the pandemic; this contributed to her being awarded the RCVS Inspiration award in 2021 and the BSAVA J.A. Wight award in 2022. She is a board member for RUMA Companion animal and Equine and trustee of the PetPlan Charitable Trust.

Daniella Dos Santos commented: “I am all too aware of the challenges faced by the profession over the last few years.
