The Society for Practicing Veterinary Surgeons (SPVS) is now collecting data for its 2022 Salary Survey, which is available to complete online.
They are keen to encourage anyone working in the veterinary profession in clinical or non-clinical roles to take part, from vets to nurses, support staff and those in industry.
In the current economic climate, and with veterinary recruitment and retention still high on the agenda, it is important for practices to ensure their staff remuneration packages are appealing and competitive.
The SPVS Salary Survey is designed to provide a picture of remuneration levels and is the only one of its kind providing an invaluable benchmark to all those working in the veterinary sector.
It covers everything from basic earnings, bonuses, dividends and overtime, to benefits such as accommodation, car allowances and pensions.
The key findings of the survey will be published in a report and will be freely available to any participant who gives their email address at the end of the survey.
SPVS members will be able to access the full results with additional commentary and analysis.
