Passionate about providing a great workplace experience for your team? Want to be more effective in your role as a leader?
The Meraki Institute invites you to step away from the busyness of practice life for two-days of collaborative strategic think to self-audit and engage in learning how to co-create a more people-centred culture.
With the shortage of veterinary talent being the greatest threat to all our businesses and profession, Meraki has assembled a CPD event to help you tackle some of the key drivers of poor retention.
Culture Change 2023 will be held as part of VETcpd Congress at Sandy Park Conference Centre in Exeter on 28 and 29 September.
Join other leaders motivated to provide a better employee experience to help retain and build your employer reputation.
Develop the skills and your confidence as a leader, taking back to your practice your personalised action plan to take action to co-nurture the wellness of your people and the health of your business.
Over ten speakers will be on hand with the diverse non-clinical skills you need to kick-start your culture change journey, from qualified leadership coaches to business consultants with specialities in leadership, HR, change management, diversity, equality and inclusion, emotional intelligence, behavioural profiling, mental health training and environmental sustainability.
Come along for two-days of fun networking to learn, share your knowledge, discuss best practice, problem solve and benchmark your progress.
Leave inspired and invigorated, ready to get started!
