CASCO Pet, global veterinary and pet retail animal housing provider, will unveil its complete range of veterinary storage, cabinetry and furniture solutions at the London Vet Show 2024, designed to improve practice efficiency and workflow, and enable better patient care.
The customisable joinery designs allow for better organisation and functionality, to enhance the look and feel of clinic spaces and optimise layout. They will be showcased alongside the company’s innovative veterinary glass WELLKennels, which deliver unparalleled comfort and safety to reduce patient stress.
The CASCO Pet stand will showcase a consultation room, nurses’ station, reception area, and kennelling that feature the options available, including the different types of wood and finishes. Experts will be on hand to discuss the curated range, and visitors will be encouraged to explore the samples.
CASCO Pet CEO Matthew Bubear said: “Storage and cabinetry have long been issues for veterinary professionals, and poor or inadequate design can not only impact operational efficiency, but also affect patient care. We are delighted to bring forward our range of quality joinery solutions, which can be fully tailored to specific practice requirements, enhancing the overall experience for both practitioners and patients.”
As part of its offering at London Vet Show, CASCO Pet will be collaborating with Fear Free for a second year running, to deliver three exclusive talks on animal behaviour by renowned veterinarian and Fear Free founder Dr Becker, and animal behaviour expert and TED Talks speaker, Dr Temple Grandin.
The Gallery Suite Presentations on Thursday, 14 November will discuss the importance of prioritising the emotional wellbeing of animals in veterinary care; advise on methods that practices can implement for less stressful veterinary visits, and expand upon the science behind reducing animal fear, anxiety and stress.
Matthew Bubear added: “Our partnership with Fear Free is driven by a shared commitment to improving animal wellness in veterinary practices. These presentations offer veterinary professionals an invaluable opportunity to gain greater insights into animal behaviour and wellbeing from two of the best minds in the industry.”
The global Fear Free movement was founded in 2016 to alleviate fear and anxiety in animals by inspiring and educating the people who care for them. Dr Grandin, a prominent professor, author, speaker and subject of an Emmy-award winning film, joined the organisation’s advisory board earlier in 2024.
Visitors to the CASCO Pet stand (K35) at ExCel London from 14 to 15 November will have the opportunity to experience the company’s solutions first-hand, including the WELLKennels range – the first kennelling to be included in Fear Free’s Preferred Product Programme.
Presenting a radical alternative to traditional stainless-steel cages, the clinical housing has been crafted to maximise patient comfort and provide a calmer and more quiet environment, to reduce animal stress. The kennels boast a suite of customisable features, including the brand’s Integrated Control Panel and patented DRC (Daylight, Recovery, Cleaning) Lighting System, which will also be on display.
