TVM UK, the animal health company, has announced that Soliphen, part of its epilepsy range, is now available in two new strengths to offer vets increased flexibility of dosing.
The new 15mg and 120mg strengths are in addition to the existing 60mg. They are also available in a flavoured divisible tablet formats to aid compliance.
Soliphen is a phenobarbital tablet for dogs; phenobarbital is a first line treatment for idiopathic epilepsy.
Available in blister packs of 60 liver flavoured tablets, Soliphen 15mg is a single divisible tablet while Soliphen 60mg and 120mg are double divisible tablets.
