We are going to perform a Y-U pyloroplasty. Medical management is often inadequate for the treatment for gastric outflow trace disease in the presence of an anatomical obstruction, and definitive treatment is usually surgical, with the aim of removing the obstruction and restoring normal gastric outlet patency.
