Nicola Bates, BSc (Brunel), BSc (Open), MSc, MA, SRCS, is a Senior Information Scientist at the Veterinary Poisons Information Service. Nicola has worked in human and veterinary toxicology for over 25 years and is congress abstract editor for the European Association of Poisons Centres and Clinical Toxicologists.
