Paul Higgs
Paul Higgs, MA, VetMB, CertSAM, DipECVIM-CA, is an RCVS recognised and EBVS European veterinary specialist in small animal internal medicine and clinical director at Highcroft Referrals in Bristol. As well as spending time with his young family and volunteering as a community first responder, Paul is the chair of the BSAVA Congress Programme Committee.
