Rachel Woodcock
Rachel Woodcock is a senior receptionist at Southfields Vets. She is responsible for the training of the reception team, processing insurance claims and ensuring the smooth running of the practice diary. RacheI has been an AVR since 2022 and recently passed her iPET Level 3 course. Rachel is also a trained RVN, but pursued her receptionist career during the pandemic.
