Rebeca García Pinillos, BVetMed, PhD, DipECAWSEL,
MRCVS, qualified from the University of Zaragoza. She
is a European Veterinary Specialist in Animal Welfare
Science, Ethics and Law. Rebeca has worked in private
practice and as an Official Vet and veterinary adviser for
the FSA, Defra and APHA.
