Fran James

Fran graduated in 2001 from the University of Cambridge, completing an internship and residency in equine surgery at the University of Pennsylvania and becoming a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Surgeons (ACVS) in 2007 and a Diplomate of the European College of Veterinary Surgeons (ECVS) in 2009. Fran has been recognised by the RCVS as a specialist in equine surgery since 2010. After completing her residency, Fran worked as a lecturer in equine sports medicine at the University of Pennsylvania for 3 years and became a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Sports Medicine (ACVSMR) in 2016 and has worked in equine referral private practice in the UK since 2008.
