Jen O'Keeffe

Jen O’Keeffe is a registered veterinary nurse with over 20 years’ experience in the profession. After graduating, Jen initially worked in first opinion practice both in the UK and in Australia, before a period of working as a locum led her to referral nursing. Initially she worked in orthopaedics before a spell as a head nurse and then returning to referral, to a hospital specialising in oncology, soft tissue surgery and internal medicine. Jen has worked at AURA Veterinary for 9 years, starting as a rotating nurse before becoming the senior nurse in interventional radiology and running the department. During her career she has also undertaken additional qualifications in anaesthesia, ECC and clinical coaching.
