19. Pyloroplasty Y

In this video, a Y-U pyloroplasty technique is demonstrated for the treatment of a mass. The procedure involves making a Y shaped incision in the pyloric area, which is then converted into a U shape, followed by closing the incision in two layers. The mucosa and submucosa followed by the muscularis and serosa.
